I want to give a shout out to Julia who was able to help me with a very special project. Her communication from start to finish was off the charts and she helped turn something that could be stressful into something that was easy. Her care, sense of humor and and attention to detail made our project absolutely perfect. We will be coming back for many years to come and have other projects in store. Bravo, Julia!

Staff at both locations is helpful and polite. I enjoy shopping at the Bethesda location because it’s closer. They have repaired several things for me. Sara is very knowledgeable.

Julia made a beautiful pendant for me from a ring that had belonged to my mother. She came up with an idea for it as soon as I told her what I wanted to do. I loved the idea and love the pendant. Everyone at Secrete was so helpful and I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store.
