Asked for a quote to repair a vintage solid 18kt yellow gold ring that had been plated silver and they tried to upcharge me an outrageous cost before even looking at my ring. It is clear they just wanted to get me out of the door. I went down the road to another jewelry shop who quoted me an honest price. Do not waste your time here.
Highly recommended. Julia did a fantastic job of helping my fiance pick out an engagement ring and she's very happy with the result (and so am I). The turnaround was quick as well. Definitely will be coming back.
