Went to this salon looking for a booth to rent. Spoke with Kia the owner at length Told her I would start advertising and contact her when I got my first appointment. Got 3 lined up, confirmed the day and time with her. When the time came she told me she had no room. Extremely unprofessional. She didn't even bother to contact me in advance. Inconvenience myself and 3 other people. Very disappointed.
Ikieya is very unprofessional. If I could pick no stars, I would. I have proof of my horrible experience, so don’t even try to dispute the truth. I booked an appointment with her, but when my appointment time came, she told me she put another client in my slot. How are you going to do that to me, and take my Deposit money I sent you to secure my appointment!!??? Do not go here, unless you want your time & money played with. I will be filing a complaint against this business.
