I am very disappointed with the service I received at Secret Recipe AEON Mall Kota Bharu today. I travelled from quite a distance specifically to purchase a whole cake. Upon arriving, the staff appeared unwilling to assist and showed a poor attitude towards customers. When I asked about the availability of whole cakes, I was informed that there was no stock available. Staf ckp nk beli kek tak boleh reserved, kena beli dan ambil trus sbb peti penuh.. then dtng balek sejam lepas tu ckp kek tinggal 1 jaa, yg lain full reserved.. ehh tdi ckp tak boleh reserved, dah laa muka masam mcm hanying lagi
