Very disappointing experience at Secret Recipe on 24 March around 10.30 AM. The store was open, but customers were refused service because staff were busy handling stock. I only wanted to grab a cake and go, yet was told to wait. Even after waiting until 11 AM, service was still not available. What’s worse, when the store was finally ready, no one informed the waiting customers (around 15 people), causing even more unnecessary waiting. Kito gi nk tanya pasal kek nak booking, tapi staff hok jago kaunter tu jawab supo toksei jawab, tokdei tanya habis lagi dio gi jawab booking tutup… pah jenis jawab tok tengok mato cust, haaa gano bulih jd staff servis kat kaunte rkalu tokreti nk berinteraksi nga cust… jangei ingat kito pakai tudung sarung kito takdok pitih supo ponder2 dehh… Staff laki tokdei kelih nametag nama sebab peranga huduh supo muko
