Horrible customer service from the one male nail tech. It started out fine and we conversed a bit with each other. He told me how he used to work at Majestics on capital. While shaping my nail, I told him that they were a bit too wide and I would like for him to narrow them out. I guess that upset him and his demeanor changed. I remained silent until he was completing my gel polish. He wasn’t painting the whole nail and the corners near my cuticles were left bare. perry was great!! I didn’t know what color or design I wanted and he gave me some ideas I ended up doing plain white french tip and they look great!! He also move fast I somewhere to be so it was perfect.
I will say… loving the vibe this place brings. This my first time coming here and I will say.. 👏🏾 Karen understood what I wanted.. very nice.. Like I will be coming here.. They actually airbrushed. Old school with it! I like.. just show them a picture and they will let you know who can do what..
I loved the nails I had an amazing experience he didn’t hurt me with the nail drill at all! I’m so happy with the outcome the staff were nice and the price was affordable I had these nails for 115$ !!! 100% recommend. Thanks Perry!
i want to give it a 5 star rating because the nail techs are amazing ESPECIALLY perry the only thing is when they get busy you get the feeling that their rushing to do your pedicure so your not getting the full relaxing experience you pay for other than that great drink selection as well as music!!!
