Love this place it’s clean and professional Velma is absolutely awesome she is gentle and always makes my lashes look amazing probably will be getting a membership again
Honestly I never write reviews but after reaching out multiple times and no answer I figured this would help someone. I went to get my first lash lift and get my brows waxed as well. The whole experience was awful. It seemed as if it was the person’s first time doing it. Throughout it my eyes were burning then after I was done, I had dye all over my eyes. They ruined my lashes. And to make things better, there was still wax on my eyebrows when I left. Super disappointed with my experience and the lack of accountability.
Honestly I’ve been coming to this place on/off for a few years, and EVERY TIME they run about 30 minutes over my scheduled service end time, or, are ridiculously late. Today my lash technician simply didn’t show up. I got rescheduled, and even that appointment was 30 minutes late. 0 acknowledgement. 0 accountability. I will not be returning to this business and strongly encourage others to consider the same.
As someone who has been going to Secret Lash Club for some time now, mainly because it’s more convenient and not very well known, I must say the service from the owner's end is quite poor. The technician I had been seeing, Puneet, was very pleasant and always did her best.
