Very disappointed! We checked in to find out that the gas fire place had been disconnected due to the coach possibly catching on fire?? Cabin advertised having a DVD player, so we rented movies for a rainy weekend, only to arrive and no DVD player. Called number for assistance for both of these items and they apologized and did end up bringing a DVD player later the next day. Went to take a shower and only got about 2 minutes of hot water max! Second person gets a cold shower. Also septic tank needed to be emptied, smelled h... read more

Excellent. We have rented from Secret Hideaways 5-6 times, three different cabins and have always found them to be clean and hassle-free check in. My only complaint is lack of directions for playing the DVD player when you have been watching cable. Hard for us old folks to figure out. Recently stayed in Porch Swing which is high up the mountain and was just missed by the fire which burned down four cabins about 50 yards away, but everything is still lush and green as if the fire didn't happen.
Stayed at Sugar Maple for a weekend getaway. The cabin was very nice and very clean. All the staff I spoke with over the phone were very nice and helpful. Check in was very simple and easy.
The cabins are beautiful , Service exceptional, I highly recommend working with this company. The customer service is above and beyond.
