Secret Garden provides excellent service for the whole project including planning, execution and follow through. Phillip offered ideas for improving our back and front yards we had not even thought of. Our project included masonry, new grass, plant installation, sprinkler system updates and fence repair. The crew was prompt, quick but also took adequate time to do the project well and provided good clean up services. We interviewed several landscapers before selecting and are very glad we went with Secret Garden.
We had a wonderful end to end experience with Secret Gardens. We were looking for someone who could fully rethink our outdoor space including redo of our patio cover, new plants, new lighting, etc. Philip was able to come up with a wonderful new vision that his one stop shop brought to life, while sticking to a budget we had in mind. I searched some websites and read about the Secret Garden operating since the mid-1990s. I relied on Philips plans and recommendations. He has a great team. This job was labor-intensive. 4 full days on site. It was a thorough turnkey job. I'd use him again. before and after photos. The new patio is more like a new room on the townhouse for us.
Phil is friendly, kind, very responsive and he knows his stuff. He came up with a great idea for my back garden and was very patient working through several revisions and price adjustments because I was working on a budget. The installation was smooth and professional. I hope we can work with Secret Gardens again soon.
Phillip did amazing work at our home in Frisco. He was responsive right from the start and such a pleasure to work with. He designed us a garden area in our front and back yard, as well as helped us solve some irrigation troubles we had been dealing with. His entire crew was attentive to detail and kept everything very tidy while they were completing the project.
