Our experience at Secret Bridal Closet was okay overall. Our stylist, Alyssa, was very friendly and pleasant to work with, and we appreciated her positive attitude during our appointment. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the selection. There didn’t seem to be a large variety of dresses for our bride-to-be to try on, and she ended up trying on only three dresses. Sadly i did not have the best experience here. I am not one to leave reviews but i feel for such a big & important event as wedding dress shopping this is something that needs to be addressed. It started off with when i called to book the appointment i informed them i would have 6 guests with me attending and they said that was absolutely no issue they would book me at a time that did not overlap anyone’s appointment. Alyssa was amazing from the moment I stepped in! My experience here was everything a bride could wish for! I was able to find a dress I fell in love with all thanks to Alyssa pointing it out. I would’ve never gone for the dress if it wasn’t for her. Secret Bridal Closet will always be a place I’d recommend to any future brides!
Secret Bridal Closet had a great number of dresses within my budget and timeline to try on! I really appreciate that my stylist was so attentive and pulled dresses that had so many elements I was looking for until finding the one! They also have a more private setup that makes the try on process easy and comfortable with my guests.
