Fell in love with Secret Beauty! (You will too) Easy to make an appointment online. Courteous reminder for upcoming appointment, but not overbearing. Greeted at the door and offered refreshments as I was a little early. The whole experience got even better…. Staff is super nice, explained options and went over my questions.
