I’m so glad I found Preethy! She is incredibly kind, professional, and very detail-oriented. She really took her time with my eyebrows, analyzing their shape and explaining how we can improve them over time, which I truly appreciated since mine are uneven. The threading was precise and not rushed at all—she made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. Fell in love with Secret Beauty! (You will too) Easy to make an appointment online. Courteous reminder for upcoming appointment, but not overbearing. Greeted at the door and offered refreshments as I was a little early. The whole experience got even better…. Staff is super nice, explained options and went over my questions.
