I found them to be extremely rude to customers. Last I checked businesses worked around and set up appointments that work with the customer not the other way around. The owner is real nasty on the phone and crabby no personality . Their work is great but their customer service is horrible. My first work done was a water heater and the guys dripped water all over my steps and floors and left it for me to clean up. I will not use them ever again they just lost out on a $. 2000 water softener - just because of their poor custom... read more
Thanks ! The two guys who worked on plumbing our new shower were great. They were here exactly when we expected them and took charge. They did the job and worked well together with no standing around. They had the parts that they needed on the truck, and we are so pleased with everything and how it will work out, making it more comfortable for us as we age in our home. We highly recommend Secory Plumbing and Heating, and we have already given their name and phone number to our neighbors. 😁
