First time patient here. The atmosphere is great The staff is great They handles everything smoothly letting me know prices before I went in which is key for some ppl. I have nothing bad to say it was an amazing experience, especially it being the 1st dentist I've been to since I moved to Edmonton. It was clean, professional and I'll be back. Hope this helps if your looking for a dental clinic. They are kids friendly and accommodating. ☆☆☆☆☆

I was very disappointed by my daughters experience with this clinic. She had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and had the expectation that she would be sedated for the procedure. She was not. They did not give her any time for the painkillers to kick in. She felt everything. She started to hyperventilate and they got angry with her. I am absolutely disappointed with my experience here. We booked an appointment specifically for a consultation about braces for my son. I chose this clinic because it is close to home. On the day of the appointment, they offered a dental cleaning, and I agreed since his last cleaning was a year ago. The problem is that we were charged for a “consultation” that never actually happened. The hygienist only showed me the X-ray and talked about the cleaning. I just recently was approved for full coverage in the Canadian Dental Plan. When I tried to book an appointment at other dentists that "support the program", I soon discovered their fees don't match very closely with the Canadian Dental fee guide.... meaning, despite having 100% coverage, I'd still have to pay out-of-pocket. But Smiles Dental Group provided my check-up and cleaning at the fee guide rate. I didn't have to pay anything extra. And they were super friendly and efficient. I was VERY impressed!!!
