The administrator here is very unprofessional, him and his subordinate are bullies. If they don't like how things are happening then it's 100percent the residents fault and look for reasons to deal withthem punitively . The overnight cna's are a joke they don't dump urinals regularly their mostly sleeping in the hallway . It's ridiculous it takes sometimes 20 minutes or longer to respond to a call light and those call lights are all some have to get help if they are in trouble. They're are some great staff too. Staff can be very bossy a lot of times. Apparently, a resident wrote a negative review that they made him take down… Instant 1-star, even if there were some good things about this place.
