Loved that they were super transparent and texted me a video of all thw repairs needed! Loves that everything was through a text message and it was easy to figure out. They also cleaned the floors of my car when I came to pick it up! (Engine coolant repair, and engine mount)

We were six hours from home when the key fob stopped working (not the battery) and the local volvo dealer wouldn’t look at it for 11 days. The secor dealership was able to look at it the next day and that was cause the triple A tow truck wouldn’t get it there till after hours. The Secor dealership called the next morning before the scheduled appointment to tell us the problem and they fixed it the same day(a Friday) They let us pay over phone and could come in on Saturday to pick it up which allowed us to not have to rent a ... read more
