went in for service about the noise I was mentioning. Ended up they say they needed to grease the brake pad and that is 50 dollars. I was like $50 I would pay that, but after they did the work. They said is actually almost $200 and the grease did not help and I would need new brake pad. But I ended up paying almost 200 and not address any issue. Definitely taking my car elsewhere for service even though I bought the car here.
I am revising my post... every year since i posted a great review, this shop has been worse than the year before. Keith Mattingly is rude, dour, and unprofessional. Don't bring your car to Secor Volvo Service. While informing about my concerns when dropping off my XC60, Keith grumbled, "How many of these issues do you want to address at $170/hour?" The Service Department was extremely helpful. We’ve had an issue with a noise seemingly coming from under our Volvo XC40, when it rains and at speeds over 60mph. We’ve complained since we purchased our 2021 Volvo, but they could never solve it. We complained again, when we brought the car in to SECOR Volvo, for our 60,000 mile check up.
