My Oil Change took 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 8 AM. It appears my car was done at 9:30 AM but the attendant did not notify me and when I called at 10:15 to find out what was going on she was busy. 15 minutes later I went to the office and was told it wasn’t washed yet. It appears because the attendant did not know how to drive a Standard Transmission, I had to wait until she found someone who could. I told her from the beginning I had a Standard.
