Fast friendly service.
Never gave me an accurate bill, the quote online kept changing. Then was actually much more when I went to pay. I was also sold a whole new set of spark plugs, when I found out after they had been replaced just 2 months prior. I have no faith I was given honest service and believe I was likely up sold much work at great expense. Would not recommend.
Great service, great people! This is my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Secor in New London. I’ve had to come back a few times for this particular issue, however every time I’m greeted with friendly faces who are ready to help, explain and support as much as possible. This experience has helped to restore my faith in dealership services overall. Thank you for all you do!
I just moved back to the area and returned to Secor Subaru without hesitation for servicing my Subaru that I bought in California. Kate has amazing customer service! I felt welcomed and taken care of. Their waiting area has 2 sections and is very clean. I appreciate the excellent customer service, prompt appointment schedule, respect and professionalism from Secor!
