Contacted Secor Service to have a remote starting kit installed. They were able to get us in on a day that worked for us. The work was done flawlessly, and the front end staff and techs were friendly and personable. Highly recommend them.
From the beginning, they listen to my concerns. They were communicative the whole time And got the job done perfectly fine and they worked with me the whole way through it. My Oil Change took 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was at 8 AM. It appears my car was done at 9:30 AM but the attendant did not notify me and when I called at 10:15 to find out what was going on she was busy. 15 minutes later I went to the office and was told it wasn’t washed yet. It appears because the attendant did not know how to drive a Standard Transmission, I had to wait until she found someone who could. I told her from the beginning I had a Standard.
