Aside from selling me a car with chips in the paint, the actual buying experience was fine. However, getting the paint chips fixed has become an absolute nightmare. I dropped it off to have paint chips fixed and they tried to give it back with overspray on the cladding, lumps in the paint, and an interior full of sanding dust. I had a horrible experience dealing with this dealership. I found them incredibly rude on top of their practice of price gouging the public during the pandemic. So I took to **** sharing my concerns and they retaliated by stalking me, looking up my personal business on **** and left a negative 1 star review on my own business' **** page calling me a "bad person." Fantastic Service, attentive staff and an overall wonderful experience is what makes Secor Volvo so great!
Ridiculous prices and horrible service. A cvt fluid exchange was over double the cost average of other service centers in area. Labor alone was above the cost total of other service centers.
My family has been going to Secor Subaru for 16 years. We have purchased 6 cars and had the majority of maintenance done here. They threw that relationship away. My car was having transmission issues at just over 100K miles, because Subaru quality has really fallen off, so i was already not thrilled with the situation. I bring it in for repairs, and they give me a loaner car until the repairs are complete. A day passes with no call, but I figure it was short notice and maybe they haven't diagnosed it yet.
