I was a returning customer. Bought a 2021 Jeep in 2021 and got a call asking me if I wanted to trade it in. Decided to go after the 2023 Huyndai Tucson and that is when I met Chris. He showed me some brand new vehicles to give me an idea of what else was available. He understood the reasons behind the trade-in and was respectful of my wishes. I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from Capitol CDJR in New London. I was told I'd receive $1,500 for my Honda once I brought in the title. I trusted them, left my vehicle at the car lot. When I brought in the title, suddenly the offer was reduced to $1,000, no explanation, no heads-up.
