I was a returning customer. Bought a 2021 Jeep in 2021 and got a call asking me if I wanted to trade it in. Decided to go after the 2023 Huyndai Tucson and that is when I met Chris. He showed me some brand new vehicles to give me an idea of what else was available. He understood the reasons behind the trade-in and was respectful of my wishes.
