Wonderful experience. No pressure, very accommodating when we had questions or extra requests. Our salesman Chris we felt always had our best interest in mind. We made our decision on the very first visit after he honored a couple of add ons. We would refer our inner circle friends and family to stop in and shop at Capitol South

Had a problem since the last week of Dec 24. Couldn't bring my Jeep in until the end of Feb 25 because they had no courtesy cars to let me use. I called at least twice a week to ask Abt the availability of one. Once we had on and we're set up - everything went very smoothly. I had been told at least a week but it was 2-3 days.

I should have written this review nearly a year ago. I purchased a used Chrysler at a Chevy dealer and had engine issues within a year. I was facing a hefty repair and getting nowhere with Chrysler. I stopped into what was then Secor CDJR, and asked to speak with the GM. John McCarthy came to greet me pretty quick and sat with me privately. He heard me out, agreed to look into it further, and within a day came back to me with an acceptable solution. I have for the past several years bought from this group in New London Ct. i have always felt that the process of buying a car from them was taken with my interest and needs were of most concerns. The sign on the door might have changed but the people are still there who provide the service you need.
