Our technician, Mike F, came by promptly when we noticed a leak in our system. He did a great job of taking care of the leak and conducting a preventive maintenance while here. Very nice guy. He stayed a little late to finish everything. Left the workspace clean and left clear instructions on flushing the system. We have had these RO systems for a while. They are great. The filtered water taste as good or better than store-bought water. Thanks.
We have always received great service from Secondwind Water Systems. They are very thorough and do a fantastic job of letting us know what they are doing and answer all our questions. Our latest technician, Greg, did a wonderful job taking care of our arsenic water filtration system. I would recommend Secondeind all day long.
I reviewed all issue data with Rep; to insure we were on the same page. He understood and verified I had air blasts while running water. He then viewed my water filtering system and within minutes identified a valve on my system was on a closed status and should have been open. He said that is the problem. He opened the valve, we ran water and the air issue appears to have disappeared.
