Secondwind was excellent again this week. I called Tuesday with a problem in my radon system, and Mike came Friday to take care of it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled. He explained the repair clearly and fully. He listened to my concerns and made sure to check the system in areas that I asked about. Mike's a hard worker who does a great job. Thank you!

Mike serviced our water system today. He was very thorough and competent. He explained their reason for recommending a different type of salt and how it impacted the performance of our water filtration system. Very happy with his professionalism.
I recently had a very old system replaced with a new Kinetico system by Second Wind and it came out great. The technicians were very friendly and helpful in explaining how the system works and the maintenance cycle. They also labeled everything and left diagrams explaining the function of each valve and filter. We had SecondWind install the Kinetco system a few years ago and couldn't be happier with it. Last week Mike came to service the equipment and did a great job. But more than that he was receptive to questions and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. He even allowed me to video as he changed the filters so I could better remember how to do it in the future. From the original consultation to the installation to the yearly maintenance, this company and it's employees are exceptional.
