Just finished my first Bubbleup System annual service after moving in and the experience is excellent! Mike was friendly, patient and informative. He not only did the maintenance but also explained in detail what he did for this service and taught me what I should know about operation and maintenance of the entire system including the water softener, whole house filter and various passing valves.... I had second wind work on my water filtration system. Mike came over to my house went over everything I needed. Then Danny followed up with appointments set up. Before hand tech Cameron came to my house 5 days prior to look at what was needed to be done and availability of all things required. On the day of the install, Cameron showed up on time and did an amazing!!!!! job, I really like my new system. He answered all the questions I had and he went above and beyond explaining everything. He showed professionalism.
Mike, the technician that came out to my house was fantastic. Took the time to explain to me what the problem was with my system and was extremely knowledgeable. I have an old Secondwind system and he was sensitive to that and didn't try to sell me a new system. Really appreciate his knowledgeable service.
The experience from start to finish has been great! Scott has excellent customer service and communication. He is very knowledgeable. Dan and Christine were amazing, very professional. The installer Kyle took it to another level! Showed up when scheduled, explained everything, and installed the filter like he was the owner, no shortcut. Very much appreciated! Thank you to the Secondwind Water System for the great experience.
They were able to get us in a month ahead of schedule, Cam and Zach did a fantastic job, finished hours ahead of how long we thought it would take. Gave a walk through of how to maintain the system, how to change filters, and everything they had done. Very professional and excellent work.
