Secondwind to the rescue! I am so very grateful for Jesse’s help today. We had a little scare with the quality of our water. He offered to come to our home within 48 hours, test the water and check to make sure our filtration system was functioning properly. A filtration system that was installed by a different company. Doug and Silas were kind and friendly employees who worked very hard to get the water line through our finished basement ceiling into the workroom area so they wouldn’t have to cut any holes in the drywall. Also, they fit all the components into the corner by our utility sink so it didn’t take up too much space. We are very pleased with their work and the new water system. Zach came and did PM on our softner. Zach is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I absolutely love dealing with Secondwind. The office is always friendly too! Thank you to the service techs for always answering my questions . They never make me feel like I'm bothering them.
