I have a custom 2006 Big Bear Chopper Venom, and Jim and his team did an unbelievable job taking care of my bike. They are very knowledgeable about all motorcycles. There was an unknown oil leak and Jim took his time to really investigate and find a solution to the problem. He was very professional, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Great Experience. I've spoken to Jim a few times over the years but this was the first time I've had my bike serviced there. I would highly recommend 2nd Wind for your motorcycle needs. Despite a 2 week lead time Jim got me my bike back in 5 days. He was very thorough working through the bike and was able to address all the issues I was having efficiently and gave me a clear, detailed explanation of what needed to be done.
