We’ve dined here three times now and every time the bartender was very rude. We sat down at a first come first serve table and we had to pretty much force someone to serve us when the other first come first serve tables were getting waited on all around us. The food is good but the staff are horrible. We waited 30 minutes and finally just paid for our 2 drinks and left.
This place was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Our reservation was at 8:15 and we came at 7:30 and got a drink at the bar. They never let us know if our table was ready. We weren’t seated until 9:15 (an hour later). Then we didn’t get a drink or water until 30 minutes after we seated. We had ordered right away and we didn’t get our food until 10pm. I recently visited the SYP Lounge inside Secondo with a group of 4 (you could fit 6-8) and it was a fantastic experience. We booked one of their dedicated lounge couch packages, which felt incredibly luxe and came with top-tier liquors, fresh pressed juices and champagne. I have been to Secondo numerous times. Its always been great; however, this time not as great. I had the whole fish and rice. It was okay. The fish was a bit dry and the rice was just okay. The waiter tended to "toss" the food on to our table and walk away. I guess even really good resturants have their "off" days.
I am only giving this rating due to visiting this facility 6 weeks in a row ordering the same drink with the same booze the same way and last night's visit I got charged three extra dollars. I was told it was for the blue cheese stuffed olives that I've had in my martinis the last 6 weeks. Now all of a sudden you're going to charge me $3 extra?? What the heck is that?!
