Had an LML duramax doing weird things. Being somewhat knowledgeable I did know the direction to point them in, but they went about it as if there was no map. A tad salty about that due to the extra diag fees. After it was determined to be a fueling issue they quickly got the neccessary parts and had a super quick turn around. Only trust these people as far as you can throw them
My husband and I brought our vehicle here several times for the SAME issue, paid way more than we should have, just to have another mechanic help us out by easily telling us where to buy the part cheap, and then install it for us for a much more reasonable price. Just because my name isn't listed in your "records", doesn't mean the one star review isn't deserved.
These guys are awesome! I came in with an emergency repair after limping my truck for an hour down the shoulder of the interstate at 30 mph while trying to get home from college. They were willing to start fixing it right away! These guys are life savers. All the employees were super polite and the mechanic who is working on my truck explained everything that needed to be done to fix the fuel pump.
In 2020 Second Wind went out of their way to get me repaired so I could continue my vacation with my family. Five years later I called for help and once again they got me out of a bind! I will always be grateful for their attitude, dedication, and quality work.
