Avoid at all costs, unreliable and unprofessional organisation, manager is very much an issue, spends her lunch breaks drinking alcohol at the local pub and ignoring all CQC police’s. This company are breaching CQC requirements and providing a very low and unsafe level of care. I have worked for this company previously and they also refuse to pay their staff and hire staff which are not trained or qualified for the job role.
The most disorganised and incapable business i have ever dealt with, will treat you like you're a piece of dirt.
What ever you do dont use this company to cere for your loved ones at all there give them there tea at 10.30pm at night
They are bad with the times I'm not happy with the way they don't tell me my times are changed and they don't tell me some days them mixing my times mess with my head and my tablets this why
Great small business with such friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere! Only just started working with Second to None Care Ltd so I have an unbiased view. They go above and beyond to meet their clients needs and I look forward to getting more involved. Would genuinely recommend!!
