My little sister had the same experience as many other 1 star reviews. She ordered her dress over a year in advance. Paid in full. We are 5 weeks away from the wedding and still no dress. This store is now closed by the way. However, I still feel like everyone should be aware. They're notorious for late dresses or no dress at all! How could you add that much stress to a bride? Especially when they have the forethought to order over a year in advance to avoid this exact issue. They will not return phone calls with voice-mails... read more
DO NOT TRUST KARLA THE OWNER!! I went to the Sacramento shop March 2022. The experience there was nice, however; I was told my dress would come in June or July 2023. That was fine, my wedding is November 2023. The terrible part happened when in late June 2023 I received a call saying the Sacramento shop was closing but assuring me i would still get my dress delivered. THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING!! But I found my dress, everything was on sale from formal dresses, everything needed for your special day is available. The store is closing at the end of THIS month.
This is THE place to go to find the perfect wedding dress! I came in yesterday on a whim with my mom and best friend after a horrible experience at David's Bridal in Sacramento. I knew from the moment I stepped in that I would have a much better experience here at Onyx.
