I joined this practice in 2023. Top notch service from reception team every time I have encountered them. Efficient and knowledgeable which makes a huge difference to the patient experience. Shout out to Zach today who went the extra mile to chase a referral for me. Kate (nurse) has looked after both myself and my daughter over the last couple of years and she is a credit to the practice also

I've been with this surgery for over 4 years. There were some problems with my prescriptions, phoning them in but on the date of collection the pharmacy said nothing had come thru. People who abuse Pregabalin are inadvertently hindering those who need this medication for pain relief. But in all this surgery has a very nice group of staff who are always friendly and helpful. The surgery is a absolutel joke,the receptionist is abusive rude horrible excuse of a human being,the staff are clueless and have zero people's skills and shouldn't be allowed near a mop let alone sick and in pain public,the practice is dirty and smells wee with dirty needles all around the premises,the place should be shut down immediately
After researching various GP practices in the area, I’m very happy that I chose to join this surgery. The staff have been fantastic, from booking appointments swiftly to gaining medical advice. Friends have also recommended this surgery due to having similar experiences over the years. Highly recommend, a very thorough team.
