The surgery is a absolutel joke,the receptionist is abusive rude horrible excuse of a human being,the staff are clueless and have zero people's skills and shouldn't be allowed near a mop let alone sick and in pain public,the practice is dirty and smells wee with dirty needles all around the premises,the place should be shut down immediately

I've been with this surgery for over 4 years. There were some problems with my prescriptions, phoning them in but on the date of collection the pharmacy said nothing had come thru. People who abuse Pregabalin are inadvertently hindering those who need this medication for pain relief. But in all this surgery has a very nice group of staff who are always friendly and helpful. After researching various GP practices in the area, I’m very happy that I chose to join this surgery. The staff have been fantastic, from booking appointments swiftly to gaining medical advice. Friends have also recommended this surgery due to having similar experiences over the years. Highly recommend, a very thorough team.
The staff are very rude and abusive,the receptionist is incapable of speaking to people with respect,the place smells like a public urinal,there are drug users hanging around all over and around the place,the place is a health hazard and shouldn't be allowed to stay open
