Owner I have been doing business with Second Step since 2002 and have always received VERY GOOD service. The staff is always willing to go the x-tra mile to make sure your order is correct. The Owner will always call you back if you have any questions. I rate Second Step as a 5 Star.
Terrible I had the worst experience with this place. When I went to place my order, the person was too busy to talk to me in detail. Now I am not unreasonable, I would of came back if this time wasn't good for them. Instead of telling me that they were busy and offered a different time, they took my order and totatlly messed it up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not professional at all.
