The staff at second specs in St Albert Center were amazing. They helped me pick out just the right glasses, offered to order in the color that I wanted and made sure I was pleased with the finished product. Roland was very helpful. And the glasses are the perfect - the prescription ( and I have two glasses with this prescription) is clear and makes everything look vibrant and so much better than my other pair purchased at a different vendor
First rate experience. I handed in my prescription, the person asked about what I’d like in frames. His first choice worked well for me. He made x few adjustments on the arms. All very professional.
Knowledgeable staff who are not afraid to weigh-in and give an opinion on frames you're selecting. Turn-around time was excellent, as are the prices. I will definitely shop there again.
Associate was very friendly and prompt. Had my glasses completed same day.
I have always gone to second specs to get all our family glasses there. There was a few times that my own glasses had issues. But, thankfully it was corrected. I have never had a problem with second specs I did notice this time around, there was new people working and i have to say they were very pleasant and were able to correct my insurance claim. I will continue to go to second specs.
