The service is outstanding
I have been ordering my shoes from them for over half a decade and today I called Randy with a problem with my shoes I ordered a month ago and no questions asked he’s shipping me a new pair mind you I used to live in Ohio and now live in North Carolina and I still get my shoes through Second Sole Gahanna. Randy is awesome and never lets me down by always giving me great customer service 😊
I hadnt been in to Second Sole in a few years but decided to go get fitted ad some advice after recently breaking my foot. George was incredibly knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. Not only do I love my new shoes but I recieved some very helpful tips to ease back into running after some time off. Thank you George and thank you Second Sole!

This store is an amazing resource for runners who want to remain injury-free and get solid advice from runners who really know their business. They sincerely want to see you succeed and sell high quality merchandise to aid you along the way. They have never tried to oversell me on things I didn't need either. Awesome staff!!!!
