I have been in contact with the corporate office at ASICS on several occasions. They updated a style of shoe that I have worn for years and I'm having problems with the new one. They have done nothing to help me not have they offered any options to solve the problems. Their only option was to purchase another style shoe. I have already purchased two pairs that I can't wear. As a former collegiate wrestler I have many hip issues. I met with Matt and he picked out the pairs of shoes that would fit me best. Great experience and I will only shop here moving forward when purchasing shoes as well as sending our clients here to get fitted for their best shoe. Thanks again Matt!
