Very poor customer service, because of a simple misunderstanding that I manned up to and apologized for I got basically ignored,my new denture needed to be fixed and now after paying a small fortune to get them made I have to go to another dentueist to get them fixed .

I have had service from second smile a couple times & have had no problems.
Fast service. I called got an appointment right away. Also never had to wait long for the product to be complete. Then just got my second smile!
