As the office manager, we had the property manager find a plumbing company on our behalf to fix a blockage in the bathrooms. Turned out the main sewage line was so old , it was made out of cast iron from the 40’s and breaking apart. The owner Albert provided a reasonable quote and was able to fix the problem without having to open up the flooring in the office.
