Gary is fair, knowledgeable, and addressed the pest-entry points to my home. He has a humane approach to nature, and gave good advice to reduce other avenues of mice & squirrel mischief. He addressed the problems over a couple visits in order to monitor the area, effectively determining access points and closing them. I no longer hear activity in my roof, so I can sleep at night without interruptions made by creatures. There are also no more places where bats could roost in the walls.
