RecommendedI sent a letter about my concern for one of their programs. I thought it took unfair advantage of the poor. A few days later I got a call from the bank president. He thanked me for my concern and was very professional and helpful. Don’t know many bank presidents who would take the time to do that in this day and age. You made a customer for life!
Been a customer for years, very helpful, no problems, I'm sure people that have had problems would just calm down, it will all be fine. Going crazy on someone on the phone doesn't get anything done! These are helpful people at SNB!

They have always treated us fair and fixed any problem we have had.
First, we love the professional experience we have had with Brian Wagner and his colleagues over the past 5 years with our businesses. Brian has taken his time with us and answered extensive questions for us without ever feeling rushed. We bank there because of him. Second, Kim at the Third and Walnut branch has been more than friendly and speedy in any transaction . Always smiling! Thanks Brian and Kim for that hometown feeling!!
Second National Bank is a great supporter of our community. I would like to thank them for recently donating $5,000 to the 4H Dog kids to help them build a new Dog Barn at the Great Darke County Fairgrounds. Great kids with fantastic projects. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with them. I made my last payment on August 3,2018. Should of been June of 2018 but twice during the years of the loan they offered me an extension for the interest payment of $30.12. So that extended it to August with them two payments. Today I got a letter telling me I owe them 165.09. So I called them. I am very unhappy with this bank and will not be doing service with them again. In March, I paid off my auto loan for my car. Come April, they still took out our monthly car payment. The bank account they took it out of is only used for bills so there was no extra money in it for this payment, resulting in our account being over drafted and us receiving a fee.
