I was shocked to see how bad the leaking into the trunk of my Toyota Siana was after the repair was done. The leak ruined the carpet and the frame of the car causing rust and dampness for many weeks until we found out the leak. We bought the Siana back for Second Look Auyobody to repair. The owner (Francis) kept reminding us to bring back the car if there are any issues down the road. My tacoma is not fixed as it supposed to. Even though it was icbc claim but my 4×4 is not working and also the paint is cracking. Very poor job done by you guys
the Service Quality is High, Response quick, access is easy. Very kind manager will process all your concern nicely. I knew this place because of my accident and ICBC claim but the result is amazing quality like stock color. Same color fron any angles as other original stock color, Super Clean Clear on it. Steve and Aki are the best body guys in the world. I can’t believe how helpful and accommodating they have been, even with an out of province/private insurer. I can’t recommend them enough. Stellar work, phenomenal people. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!
