Great location, usual "gear" for guests. Housekeeping could be slightly improved - cleanliness of glasses, skillets, utensils. There was a plumbing issue "shower" and a gentleman showed up within 1 hour - fixed. In addition he mentioned some "spots" to see. Outstanding associate!

The house and property were fantastic! We came to Fairplay for our granddaughters graduation. We needed a house big enough for parents and 2 sets of grandparents. This house definitely met our needs and was very close to town. We did have 1 issue that made our first day in Fairplay extremely frustrating. We completely understand turning the hot water heater off when the house is not in use. We were never notified of this. We got in very late Thursday night. I turned on the hot water to wash my face. Beautiful, captivating scenery. From the three bedroom home to the patios, every view was majestic. If you want comfortable, convenient mountain living this is the place. Hot tub bonus. Nature unrivaled. Loved it ALL!!!
