I booked a vacation rental through second home second chance 10 months prior to my trip and out of the blue they email me and cancel the trip because the owners decided to use the property. We are vacationing with several families and have flights booked, snowmobiles rented and several other arrangements made but no consideration was even given. I can’t believe they would do this and ruin a family vacation. Beware this is how they do business.
