Absolutely no customer service skills or regard to inclusion! I spoke to them, emailed, and checked their website. NO WHERE does it say the resale items can’t be in bags and have to be in bins. “Well it’s on your Facebook page” with a smirky “I don’t give a shit” attitude. They need to be in bins so they can steal them from you. It’s this exact lack of communication and customer service is why places like this go out of business and why I’ll proudly take my 4 huge bags of clothes and shoes to Salvation Army.
