Great brands and quality items at great prices I have been to Second Generation Kids many times and have always had great service. As I read others comments I felt that I needed to make sure that some well-deserved, positive feedback was given. I have sold many items as well as purchased items and I think that the amount given and the prices charged are extremely reasonable. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!¡!¡ This place sucks! In Elyria I took like 3 boxes full of stuff like new and all name brand and I also took a bouncer thing like new as well but before I took anything I called first to make sure I could come and they told me yes till 3pm they are still looking at things. WASTE OF TIME!!! Total waste of my time!!! I had some awesome summer clothes looked at by them and they hardly took anything. Took them to a different shop & they took them all!!! Way over priced too. I couldn't believe the prices they were asking on some of their stuff. No thanks & never again!!! Not worthy of the 1 star I had to give!!!
Insulted I was at the North Olmsted store on Sunday, 6/13/10 with a 3:00 appointment, two large department store shopping bags filled with girl's size 7/8 clothes, several dresses, Halloween costumes and a box of shoes/boots. I was offered $30 store credit for a large store bucket of girl's size 7/8 clothes and two Halloween costumes and 5-6 pairs of shoes/boots. When in doubt...DON'T! Get better prices at retail outlets! Moving to North Olmsted in the last year, I was thrilled to find a children's second hand store at my disposal...unfortunately, that's where they can stay...in the disposal, the garbage disposal! I have purchased brand new, same brand items at outlet stores for LESS than 2nd Generation is asking for USED apparel. They are overpriced and greedy. Happy Mom This is a fabulous store. Everything you could ever need for a child. My son is 5 months and has grown so fast. I refused to buy "new" knowing that his growth was going to be rapid. The items furniture, clothes, shoes, toys, etc are in excellent condition, and you can barely tell that these items are used. Wonderful store to shop at. I would and have recommended this store to many friends.
great place I love this store.The staff is very friendly and helpful.If they don't have it they take your name and number and call you if someone brings it in.Great place to shop for kids clothes!!
Such a helpful place for tight budgets. I went here with a friend to make some purchases for a neighbor who had a fire and was therefore short of cash and time. We found a lot of lovely items to help our neighbor's heart when she used them with her new baby.
Great place to shop This is a wonderful place to shop you are trying to save money. I go here a few times a month since the stock is always changing. They have clothes, shoes, toys, videos, highchairs, strollers, and even maternity clothes. All the items are in excellent condition.
