We LOVE Cakabakery! Their customer service and communication is top notch... but the design/look and taste of their desserts always has all of our guests asking where they're from- they never disappoint! We also love that they offer gluten free/vegan options (that you'd never guess are GF/V because they taste amazing)!
10/10. I cannot explain how awesome and amazing this bakery was. I went in ahead of time and told them I wanted a wedding cake for my wedding. Unfortunately the wedding got canceled 2 weeks before the date— this woman, GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!’ I was so depressed and sad, and even though their terms and conditions said they wouldn’t be able to give me my money back… she STILL DID!! Ordered a few cakes from this location. Unfortunately, both times the cake was dry and the frosting was hard and tasted old. Waste of $200 unfortunately.
The people and the baked goods are wonderful. We got an assortment of 4 dozen cupcakes for an adult's birthday party, and everybody raved over them. Delicious! And beautiful.
I worked with Kelsey at Cakabakery West for a birthday cake and couldn’t recommend them more. Service from Kelsey with excellent, responsive and helpful, and the cake was beautiful and delicious (dark chocolate merlot, so good).
