Coffee and food is always satisfying, although expensive. My only issue with this location is the customer service. On more than one occasion, I haven’t been greeted with a “hello”. Just a blank stare waiting for me to say my order. Not very welcoming. Also when retrieving my order I always make sure to say “thank you” to the barista and I never get an acknowledgement or a “have a nice day”. I actually enjoy Second Cup a lot better than a certain other coffee chain. My only issue is they only have one location and it's in Mac Island. Great for those who can go there all the time. I wish they had a location outside of the island and more downtown or uptown with a drive thru. Other than that, the coffee is great and the food is good as well! Please consider opening up one up with a drive thru!
I have yet to have a bad experience. Sweet design today on my coffee The staff here are fabulous and the owner is so friendly Only negative is the location but worth the walk
