As a loyal Second Cup customer I was disappointed to find an extra cup costs 50 cents at some locations and was told so in a not-so-pleasant manner. I do not intend to return to this location.
Came today at 8 pm here and ordered a caramel decaf latte. The latte was amazing and beatiful with a unique design and the service was spectacular! She offered the rewards card a hich I also took. Will definitely come back! Thank you for the great experience!!
