They said my package went missing in the warehouse. If it went missing why was it put on the truck to be delivered? You did not attempt to deliver my package one of your employees took my package. I don't recommend this company to deliver people's packages

STOLE MY PACKAGE; says delivered with no photo proof. Customer support page is a broken link. Chat support says all agents are busy at any time you chat in. No one will assist you. Too bad it is not up to customers, since we can't even avoid this monstrosity of a company. There's a reason why so many one star reviews exist.

I would not recommend using their service they stole my packages they didn’t even attempt delivery and even their customer service admitted that it was likely stolen by staff like it was no big deal.

Go Bolt(second closet) is the worst delivery service. Lie about why there was a failed delivery attempt and no response from their customer support after multiple emails. Do not recommend them to use for anything.
