I just got my ordered thank you cards for my future daughter-in-law and they are gorgeous. The product is top-notch! I appreciate Savannah reaching out to me and confirming the order and letting me know the ship date when I had not heard anything previously. You won’t get a higher quality and product than this company.
Savanah's invitations were absolutely gorgeous! The product was amazing! However, I was disappointed in the costumer service. I ordered in July 2022 to be ready at the end of January 2023 which gave Savanah 6-7 months to complete my invitations. My invitations were late. I got them in the middle of February. I had to reach out multiple times. She started work on them so late that even though I had ordered so far in advance everything felt rushed and was late. Savannah and Second City Stationery were amazing! We used her for our day of paper goods for our wedding and she did a wonderful job! She was easy to work with, collaborated with us on the design, and produced beautiful signage, seating chart, table numbers, and seating cards. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
