I have never ever been in a business that treats it's consignors and customers with such disdain, disregard and disrespect ... I witnessed a person get so emotionally and verbally abused by the staff ( one in particular) because she had missed a couple of appointments. I overheard the staff member yelling at her and dressing her down in front of all of the other customers and staff bringing her to tears, it was horrific and the humiliation for this woman was unkind and downright wrong in every human sense.
