Would not recommend this transportation service. High prices and low quality of work
Owner was not punctual with arriving on time in the mornings to take my child to school. Owner stated she’d arrive by 7:45am & no later than 7:50am every morning (per her words) & always came AFTER stated time. I text owner at 7:48am AND called owner at 7:55am one morning because I had not heard from her. Therefore I ended up having to take my child to school myself & was late to work. Owner called my at 8:05AM stating that she was outside of my home & instead of apologizing for being late & taking accounts, she was upset th... read more
Owner was late daily picking my child up in the mornings & my child was the only child on the route. Owner is only in this for the money & does not truly care about her clients & good customer service
I seen a comment from 2 years ago that said “owner has a nasty attitude” & that is still true today! Owner is fake professional and continues to have a nasty attitude. 0/10 do not recommend
