Most of the time they didn’t pick up the phone. They got money from insurance and patient at the front when they get money from insurance and over charge the patient, they didn’t contact with the patient to return the over charge. I found it when I reviewed ( EOB) explanation of benefits for something else by the way Costco has free hearing test for members I didn’t know that at the time
Second Chance Hearing is one of the best hearing aid providers i have been to since losing some of my hearing. They are patient while setting new hearing aids up an have always been available to troubleshoot or support. I highly recommend Second Chance Hearing to anyone struggling with hearing problems. My experience has always been 10/10.
