My son purchased a washer and dryer. Neither worked. Didn’t show up twice to fix it with no call. When he finally came the belt to turn the drum for the dryer was literally sitting on the side of the inside, it wasn’t even on! The washer doesn’t fill up and they say it’s only supposed to fill up a quarter ways but if you look the washer up it’s supposed to fill up all the way for a large load. RecommendedAfter a horrific experience at Eddy's Appliance's in Lake Station I found this place. I purchased a fridge and didn't have an exact time I wanted it delivered yet. They told me to call a day in advance. I called them Friday at 10am and expected it Monday. They had it to me by 7pm Friday evening! Unfortunately it was missing the crisper drawers at the bottom but they were able to get me the correct ones for it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for 2nd hand items
I found them on monday paid for it on Tuesday and have a delivery set for Wednesday afternoon for a washer and dryer set $375+$40 delivery and installment fee plus taxes but reasonable prices and fast delivery

They can improve by selling decent working appliances! 2 out of 3 of our appliances do not work!! and they swapped our Kenwood stove out for a beat up 1991 Maytag!!! The "new" stove they brought is dented and the grates aren't even for this stove! The bottom drawer is broke and the glass is green! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
They're wonderful people with big hearts who loves to help other's and they have great deal's.
