First they said they could fix it then weeks later they have some story about not being able to fix any bikes unless it's a change of tire or oil. Horrible customer service and rude front end people not to mention their merchandise is extremely expensive, I found the same things I needed in eBay for half price. Take your bikes to wall to wall cycles.
Well I have never had any work done by them because I do my own building, I did just go in there today. I priced some riding gear and helmet from another shop in Winston and was told by one of my friends to try this place. The guys name was Robert. He took a lot of time with my son trying to fit him with what was first on the list, safety! Also color my son wanted, what was comfortable,our budget.
