Terrible it’s very sad people shouldn’t be therapists because their in positions of power and use their position of power to cause harm to clients knowing that they went through. I came here from another practice scared to go to therapy again but gave therapy another shot. The therapist was laying in her bed falling asleep as I was talking. In 2015, I met with the counselor over several sessions in two months. She was initially helpful. However, when trying to schedule sessions past the first said months, she brushed me off by saying that sessions are for already established who come in regularly. I was coming in regularly with no cancellations or irregular pattern and was dedicated to following her suggestions. I was not pleased by her disregard of me, a new patient who was following her advice and attending regularly. (6/27/24: Yes, I have confirmed.)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hayes for close to three years! She’s kind, easy going, relatable and patient! I highly recommend checking out second chance counseling services. It’s truly life-changing.
