I love my therapist she's awesome... She can actually relate to my life and what I've been through definitely recommend.
Inquired with a counsellor here who seemed great, but the practice's system is a mess; my appointment was not scheduled appropriately, they had 'no idea' who I was when I called for help to get on this nonexistent appointment, and today, were incredibly demeaning when I did not attend an appointment I did not know I had. The counsellor went as far as to forward me private emails between herself and the scheduler about my (lack of) appointment, which contained sensitive information. Would've given it one star but they were rather friendly people. We were informed that during our daughters session the counselor was half asleep, and even left for a "bathroom break" in which our daughter heard her in the hallway discussing things that sounded like gossip to her and it took her about 15 minutes to return to her session. Wouldn't recommend this place to people who really want some help, unless it's just an issue with the one counselor, in which she needs better training or just to be replaced.
I have Vera Gibson as a therapist and LOVE her. Very thorough and inquisitive. Open and flexible schedule. Highly recommend. :)
