My daughter has been seen here a couple of times and everyone is great. HOWEVER, the stand out person in this whole place is the receptionist Ms. Gloria!!! She is a pleasure to speak with, always kind, supportive, helpful, and an absolute joy to speak with every time we call the office. I love my therapist she's awesome... She can actually relate to my life and what I've been through definitely recommend.
Inquired with a counsellor here who seemed great, but the practice's system is a mess; my appointment was not scheduled appropriately, they had 'no idea' who I was when I called for help to get on this nonexistent appointment, and today, were incredibly demeaning when I did not attend an appointment I did not know I had. The counsellor went as far as to forward me private emails between herself and the scheduler about my (lack of) appointment, which contained sensitive information.
