Would've given it one star but they were rather friendly people. We were informed that during our daughters session the counselor was half asleep, and even left for a "bathroom break" in which our daughter heard her in the hallway discussing things that sounded like gossip to her and it took her about 15 minutes to return to her session. Wouldn't recommend this place to people who really want some help, unless it's just an issue with the one counselor, in which she needs better training or just to be replaced.
I have Vera Gibson as a therapist and LOVE her. Very thorough and inquisitive. Open and flexible schedule. Highly recommend. :)
The staff in the office are super supportive and kind, and Kyle is very capable, very compassionate, and puts patient care at the top of theie list of responsibilities always. He's always available, a phone call away. And Miss Jodi has the sweetest, kindest voice ever. I'm comfortable here
