Service and prices have gone downhill. I've been a customer over the years since their original location. Today I asked the owner to negotiate a small discount on a blouse due to some snags. She became irritated and exclaimed it hadn't been on the floor long enough to negotiate much if anything and only offered $2 off. I should have gotten a receipt since my 2 items still came to nearly $60. Looked up the cost of same blouse brand new and it would have cost the same. My mistake but I won't be returning. Absolutely lovely owner, fun and diverse selection of clothes and brands, and fair prices. Scored a new-with-tags cashmere sweater for $45.
